Based on Microsoft's SQL Server database, residing in a secure SSL server, all that the client requires to utilize the software is Microsoft's Internet Explorer and an Internet connection.

The familiar web-based environment makes using the software simple to learn yet easily handles large fleets administered from regional offices throughout the country:

Primary logon Account has the authority to view & manage all vehicles associated to the account.

Regional Office logon via the Sub-Accounts can only view/manage the vehicles assigned to that sub-account. The sub-accounts do not have the ability to view/modify those vehicles & drivers records not under their direct control.

All reports can be summarized on screen. Detailed listing reports are downloaded to the users PC in industry standard, CSV file format, which can be opened in Microsoft Excel for further manipulation and review or emailed and forwarded to a colleague.

efleetbase software is leased on a fee, per vehicle record, per month. Over a 4 year replacement cycle, the cost of administering the vehicle could be less than $50, which pays for highlighting missed services & excessive fuel usage and ease of management.
